I have noticed when exercising that I can kick higher, like I used to. Also the pain in my thumb joints has diminished. The Sleep XL is wonderful. I have been taking Omega XL for several months now. I just started Sleep XL and am extremely happy. I have had insomnia for most of 2024, either not being able to go to sleep or waking up between 2 - 3 AM and not being able to fall back asleep. Sleep XL worked the first night.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I get infusions for the inflammation. I take this because the medication never lasts long enough and I end up having a major flare up and the pain sometimes is unbearable. Also, the Sleep XL works for me.

Returning the sleep portion of the vitamins out of date the cost of these products, I shouldn't have to see out date pills.

Somewhat effective product and I would give it more stars. Unfortunately I think they pray on people who are willing to try anything to relieve themselves of pain and stiffness. The people that buy it are mostly people on fixed incomes, retirement incomes, stretched incomes because of medical bills and issues. I think if they want to truly relieve us of our pain it should first start in our pockets. I would keep buying it if I could afford to and I'm sure there are many other people that feel the same way.

Didn;t work for me. After watching the TV commercials for so long I thought, why not try it. But it didj't work for me.
