Really good, taste good too, great alternative for coffee. They dissolve in water brilliantly.

They're ok.; taste like old energy drinks. If you put them in a sealed bottle, they make a bit of fizz. They can add a bit of a boost to a squash. I like them, but not as much as I thought I would.

This was a great find, after necking a certain branded energy drink before racing, I swapped it for these. I take them 40mins-1 hour before my running and I feel like I have a hit of energy. It looks and tastes exactly the same as a flat energy drink, which is great as the can drinks are too gassy for me and always repeated on me during the racing. This is just a glass of water and one of these tablets, pop the tablet in the water for a couple of minutes whilst it dissolves, then drink. Far easier to drink and tastes great, if you like the flavour of energy drinks. I believe the caffeine content is lower than the canned drinks, approx the same as a cup of coffee, which I find far better as I don't feel like my heart is getting whacked too much and it doesn't have that lasting effect hours later. 100% recommend this and will be buying more soon.

Energy one I'm not sure about, but the lime mint hydration tasted absolutely vile to me

These energy effervescent works really well. Great result. Better then energy cans. Mild tropical flavour. Taste OK.

I can’t say I noticed a quick boost in energy, but it certainly kept me from feeling sleepy and sluggish. The taste is absolutely fine and I mix it with orange squash.
