Such a cute bike
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this bike because of the color, and the basket with the matching seat. My granddaughter loves it so much and rides it every day! It was affordable and is so cute.

Unstable cheap bike
This is a cute bike but after less than a month of light use, the front wheel collapsed while my daughter was riding it. She went to brake and the front wheel was stuck in the brace and threw her over the handlebars. Sure enough, the wheel is completely malformed. Company is unable to be reached. The chat says “too busy” and the emails won’t send from their site. I’m taking it to a local bike shop today to buy a new wheel and tire but what a joke.Update: emailed company and finally got a response back saying they would ship the wheel “soon.” So I emailed a week later asking. No response. So then chatted, and when I asked they ended the chat!

Easy to assemble. All parts came in the box, shipped in timely fashion. My daughter loves her new bike!

A total mess, but cute bike.
We got the bike together, but not with any hardware shipped to us. The hardware and bike pieces were just tossed in loosely along with an old pair of gloves and literal trash. Honestly only giving 3 stars because we were able to make it work and the bike is cute. But this packaging and lack of hardware was unacceptable.
