Axel Scheffler's Fairy Tales: Goldilocks and the T

This gorgeous remake of a classic book is perfect for little hands who are enjoying exploring books themselves. We originally got these from the library and after 3 renews, 1 return and take straight back out again, I decided it was time to buy our own copy!My 3 year old enjoys turning the little pages and retelling the story while my 5 year old tries to write her own version, referencing the words for spellings.The images are just like other Axel Scheffler books which gives a lovely linked feeling across all the books.

The content of the book is ok but I was disappointed at the size. I have other books by Axel Scheffler that are a chunky 18cm square andI expected this to be a similar size. It is a slim 11.5 x 15cm. My granddaughter is not impressed!

£4 for a Tiny thin book? I have loads of his books that are big, thick and large writing for my son. But this is an embarrassing size. I should have scrolled down the page more to look at the pictures provided by the seller. I will know for next time. Picture attached so you can see what I mean.
