Earrings don't hang the way shown on the photo(missing loop on earring) and snake is larger then photo not tight together as advertised, but stretched out

Haven’t had a problem yet. I’ve worn them in the shower and the pool and haven’t seen any discoloration. Not too big and not too small they look really cool
