Start with the positive, these man tights are so warm that I, as a Geordie, will probably only need to put them on in temperatures below -15oC. So warm & snug.They have no tie cord at the waist. This is a real problem, as when I'm out riding, they slowly creep down. Also, when I come out the saddle and back in again, the padded section gets caught on the saddle, which is as frustrating as Joe Pesquale on helium. There is not that much elastic in the waist section, considering that there is no tie cord.

I've worn these every working day in the late autumn to winter for three years, in every type of weather.It has to be 8 degrees or lower for you to wear these, otherwise they are very hot, but having mentioned that they do wick away sweat quite well, so never get uncomfortable if the temperature rises on your commute. My commute has gotten longer each year and I now cycle an hour to work each way, and these have stood the test of time well. The padding has also remained quite springy, so I can definitely say these are good value for the money. Recommended.

Good cycling tights. Keep legs compressed and warm. I bought it a size or two sizes bigger. Needs a size info sheet. But I'm 6ft2. With slim waist and long legs. So I thought XL would be good. But I was mistaken. I would suggest Medium if you are like me. And wear longer socks if legs are too short. At the moment they feel baggy which is not good.

Quality is fine but the sizing is a joke. I'm no stick insect but I'm not a big guy. I'm about 5ft9 tall and Im about a 36 waist. I ordered their largest size XXL and they are miles too small. Really tight and saddle padding ends up in the wrong position. Very disappointed. To my mind these should be either a XL or even just a large. If you buy trousers in 36in waist or larger forget it. Designed for action men.

I am a 33" waist and 31" leg and bought a large. The waist is fine, but I think that they would be too large for 32" waist. The leg is 1" or 2" long for me. There is no waist cord, but the waist is quite high and does not slide done. So, no problem there.The material is a medium weight, I would think. I have worn them several times now and they did abosorb a bit of water when it rained. I normally wear Altura Night Vision and compared to those, they aboard more water and take longer to dry out.Not really used them in the cold. I am not sure how they will fair in freezing temps.The pad is the biggest weakness. It protrudes at the front, and gathers at the back. It may be that one size pad is used for all sizes of tights. So larger sizes may fair better. It is not uncomfortable and has not yet caused any grazing.Overall, I think these are decent for the price. They are not as good as my normal Altura's but then they are about £30 cheaper!

I'm 6 feet tall with a 34 waist. Ordered a large. Legs are a little on the long side and the waist is too baggy. No drawer string to tighten them either. Needed to wear over-shorts to keep them up.Padding seems adequate, and they are very warm but not windproof.

For me, these fit well. I am 6' and average length in the leg - I take a 34" waist, 32" leg in normal trousers and so the large size in these fit very well. Lots of botty padding. Elasticated, so they stretch where needed but they are also insulated. I really like them and I think they represent good value. I'm not looking for another pair (until summer comes) as these do the job really well. Very pleased. No complaints.

Perfect for long cold rides as I was surprised at how warm they would keep me but they do.They are a good fit and much better than more expensive brands where you are only paying for a name.Am well satisfied with my purchase.
