Excellent customer support
My ring binder was faulty when I received it. I contacted customer support on Pavo.eu (the retailer) and explained the problem to a lovely agent named Krystian. Once I uploaded photos of the problem he agreed to replace the binder with a better one. This was dispatched immediately and arrived within 3 days. I can’t thank him enough for the efficient and speedy service. The new model is working perfectly.

Husband very pleased with this binder, easy to use, his last one was getting too hard for him to use, this one a lot easier and a smaller machine.

I think this is a cheap machine. And it shows you only get what you pay for.
So disappointed, this is a cheap machine. It didn’t work from the very start. When I got in touch with Pavers. They weren’t helpful at all. I know it wasn’t expensive, but it still wasn’t worth the money I spent.
