These Godox CS-65D Lantern Softbox was easy to assemble. The softbox put out great lighting. It will come with a carrying case for easy traveling. It works great.

Great light modifier. Creates a nice light spread but the construction is lacking. The internal ribbing does not attach to the lantern making set-up a bit time consuming. You have to reach inside the lantern and adjust the ribs if you want it to keep its shape.

This Lantern softbox solved the lighting solution I had and is very clever in how it goes together. I decided on the 26" model because I didn't have a huge amount of room and it works great.My only issue was with the Bowen mount. There is a screw and washer that you can tighten to prevent it from spinning around. But this did not work. Instead of returning the item, I ended up having to add another washer and a slight modification.When the Bowen mount will not lock or tighten it is impossible to mount on the light which is why I had to make this change.I suspect this was just the unit I received and would still recommend this purchase as soft fill light modifer.

This is my first time buying GODOX products. The screw on the bowens mount is loose and makes it so I can't mount it to my light. I tries tightening it so it would stop spinning but it won't tighten. I havent even been able to use this softbox which I'm very disappointed about. Not a good first impression for Godox.
