Ninjago Movie Garmadon's Volcano Lair 70631

This was bought for my LEGO Crazy little guy for his 7th birthday. He was so excited to put it together the night of his birthday when we got back home from his birthday party that night. He was pretty tired but he was so excited so he did get a bit frustrated after a bit of working on it . He is a Amazing Lego Builder for his age and creates some amazing designs of his own. And Gadgets as well out of LEGOS. So i'm leaning towards his tiredness and sugar high (LOL) and excitement that he got frustrated with it. Oh and his time to time not being so patient. :0( But he totally LOVED LOVED LOVED it . It gave him some Legos he didn't already have and gave him pieces he could use towards building a couple of other gadgets that came to mind. He LOVED the little people and the little clam flyer thingy. There were some great great pieces in this set for him and is totally having a blast with it. I see it is going for about $40 right now [cant' remember what i paid for it] but it is totally worth the price. Now he don't keep the things he builds but a few days and then uses the parts to build other things or he will go back and rebuild things with other features.

This was the perfect set for my 13 year old son who is on the autism spectrum. He was able to complete it all by himself and was proud when he finished. I would definitely recommend this set!

My nephew really liked the set. He said the figures were cool and it was fun to put together. He liked that it was part of the Lego movie that he liked.

My 5-year old son is a fan of Ninjia warrior, I bought this as a Christmas gift to him. After receiving, he immediately spent half a day to build this set. He LOVES this set! It is a great purchase!

We got this set for our 4 year old for Christmas. He needed quite a bit of help putting it together, but he is really good at doing the sets himself, so he was able to do most of it. The difficulty I have with it is it doesn't stay together. If he carries it from one place to another to play, the bottom sides fall off, and one time they fell off and a majority of the top of the volcano fell completely apart. We've had to reinforce it with additional Legos, which works, but was inconvenient and frustrating to realize after having it fall apart. All in all though, this is a great set for Ninjago fans. Our 6 year old and 10 year old boy love it too.

This was a great construction set. My grandson loves building with LEGOs . He’s only 5, but stuck with this and got it built in a day!

It really doesn't matter what it think of this Lego kit but my Grandson loved it, he puts them together and then has a ball playing with them.

Was a bit smaller that what I thought it would be, but I probably missed it in reading the description. My son loved putting it together.

Total wow factor here, you get so much for the price. Bang for your buck this might be the very best set LEGO had ever produced. A really great play set for kids, as well as being a fantastic display or diarama set up. My hat goes off to the designers on this one, very well done all around and again, spectacular value for LEGO customers.
