I found this to be the best Multivitamin to date as this didn't cause me any bloating and was easy to swallow. It has sweet smell to it as well which is another good thing. Most Multivitamins have made me feel like puking after consumption but this is just way better. It's effective as well, just try it for 3-4 days you'll feel the difference.
