My Mom had been using this for about a year now. She cannot take fish oil due to the aftertaste and burps she experiences. I also cannot take fish oils, so I decided to try these to see how my labs would look. Our triglycerides are very low now. Better than fish oil and 3rd party tested. I have these on a subscribe and save order for her and my self and hubby and my 92 yr old mother in law. Highly recommend this brand.

Provides and meets the essential fatty acids needed daily, in an effective way, and one that is incredibly affordable compared to other brands. The verdict on carrageenan is that the FDA chose not to ban it. However it is a known irritant, but the vast majority of people are tolerant to it. Moreover, this is food grade carrageenan, and its toxicity has been refuted in many studies. In conclusion, if you are sensitive to carrageenan, maybe obtain your omega 3's elsewhere, but, most people are not, and it does not hurt the bank to try out this product for yourself. Will be buying again and have noticed a positive change in health!

In my opinion this is, by far, the best EPA and DHA supplement. I have been taking NuTru O-Mega-Zen3 +EPA Vegan Omega 3 EPA & DHA Supplement, for a few years. I don't eat fish because I can't handle the smell or taste. Just the scent of salmon makes my throat close up and I start to gag. Therefore, I have to source my omega 3 elsewhere. I used to take fish-oil pills, but even the ones that promised no aftertaste, still occasionally had a fishy flavor appear. While perusing Amazon's options, I came across these and was like, it cuts out the middleman. The fish get their Omega-3 from plants so it makes sense to get it from the plants as well. Zero aftertaste. Not even a hint of vegetal. There are easy to swallow. Have a nice clear yellow color. Just 1 pill is the serving size unlike other brands that recommend 2-3 pills.

Good product, no complaints, It's a vitamin....

I started this supplement before I wanted to get pregnant and have continued it as I am still breastfeeding my baby. It might have a bit of a kelp taste to it but nothing that bothered me except during pregnancy. I do take it right before bed so I can skip the daytime seaweed burps!

Nutru supplied a free bottle promo. I like having to take only 1 pill vice 2 like some other Algae supplements that do. I feel it may help a little bit with memory and is a good source of DHA and EPA omega 3s.
