Its a good product and really does get rid of odurs ! But the only problem i am having isgetting new filters for it , it gives no details of where to get no serial number of product no information at all

This product broke within 5 months !

Well purchased the Ayafato ML-P001 from amazon and on receipt knew something was wrong. To begin with the remote and power cable were not inside as usual , but loose in box and out of bags. The filter wasnt sealed as usual but showed signs of use. Looked like some sort of hairs or so. I did like the device and had all the features I really liked. So I decided to look for a new filter. Anyway checked everywhere and drew a blank, either to large or small. The one I did find was price of machine and guess what didnt supply our geographical position. Contacted maker they told me that Amazon probably mixed up a return and resent it out as new, nothing to do with them. Finally defeated was forced to return the air purifer as what good is a thing you cant get filters for and as it was used how long would it last. Well refund received. Disapointed to say the least and angry that Amazon is selling returns as new.
