No it does not l was really disappointed.

Hello, im not sure as all skin types react different i would think, I originally bought this for tiny little veins around my nose, it did not remove them or change them in anyway but it did improve my overall skin texture, appearance and condition. I think this cream is great but not for removing veins ( which is what it is advertised for) but its great as a skin conditioning cream or anti aging cream, they should re-brand it in my opionion for those things instead. I hope this helps.

Is it effective for thread veins on the thighs which have been there for two years or more?

I got it for thread veins on cheeks, been there a few years. Been applying it twice a day for 10 days, seem to be a bit less visible, but it says need 4 weeks to achieve best results.

Does what it says

Was a bit sceptical about this product, but, after having tried it twice I can see a difference. I use it on my legs and it has taken the dark colouring from them caused by broken or burst blood vessels. I have not noticed a difference on larger veins but I am very happy with my results especially after having seen my GP and doctor at hospital with no success. Will use again.

Waste of time and Money

I used this cream as instructed and it was useless. It made my skin soft but so would a lot cheaper body lotion. It didn't make the slightest difference to the veins though. I would never use this again and would never recommend it to anyone - save your money and your time.

A Wonder Cream for me

After seeing two magazine features about Skin Doctors Vein Away Plus, I thought I would try out this cream, as I had nothing to lose but the spider veins! After 4 days of using the cream (after bathing) the appearance of my veins improved a little. Now after three weeks (and I am still using the same pot), my veins have improved by about 75%. Even the most prominent ones have faded quite a lot and the less prominent ones have disappeared altogether.I would thoroughly recommend this cream - after all, surgical treatments cost a lot of money and do not guarantee 100% results either. Amazing.Pauline

Doesn't really work I'm afraid

Well, I did what it said on the packet and I have to say it did very little indeed for my red veins. I am guessing a good moisturiser would have had the same effect so I am definitely not going to waste my money on this product..or products like it...again I'm afraid. Sorry :(
