In the product description and reviews, you can see this product used to come in a purple bag. The purple bag formula included GABA and L-Theanine. This "new and improved" formula found in the pink bag does not include either which is what made the formula effective. Additionally, the pink bag's flavor is different and is sugar coated. My son hates it and refuses to take it. For the expense, do not purchase this product. There are comparable products for half the price. Also, as another reviewer pointed out, they are using the positive reviews from the purple bag to sell the product in the pink bag. We will be cancelling our subscription - shame too because the purple bag was a terrific formula we had no issues spending more for.

I buy the liquid calmify magnesium. I bought these thinking they were the same but in gummy form because they were called calmify and in purple packaging like the bottles. They are not the same and have different ingredients. I can't say if they helped my son as he refused to eat them. I have tried them and think they taste ok.

I decided to try these as an additional option for me, an adult, to try and relax at the end of the day.I take a melatonin tablet an hour before bed to help with sleep but thought taking a couple of these gummies with it may help me get a more restful sleep. After a week of use I began to see a difference in my sleep patterns, I wasn't waking up as often throughout the night and the gummies seem to help my restless leg issues. It's still too early to fully tell if these are something I will stick with in the long run, as the cost is a bit steep, but for now I am happy I decided to try them out.I haven't had any weird side effects and the gummies are easy to eat without a bad taste. I can't speak to how these would work on children, but for me they seem to be doing something good.I will update this review in the future if my thoughts change.
