I was very pleased that this worked so well. It replaced a faulty item provided by eBay. Unfortunately, they gave me no help with their faulty item which will be going in the trash.

Called and wrote to Dell time after time to try and get an answer as to which charger would fit my XPS 13 9370. Never got an answer. Tried this one. Works absolutely fine. Appears to an original Dell product. Pack is about 2cm longer than the one originally supplied but not material. Happy with the purchase so far. Arrived promptly. Good value too.

Due to an accident the primary charging port on my XPS 13 9350 became unusable. Luckily this charger allows me to charge via the usb-c port, and charges just as fast (if not faster) than my previous charger. It also charges my phone and tablet just fine.

Chargers my laptop fine, bigger than the original but it said that on the spec

The original Dell charger worked for several years, this stopped working after only 17 months. At this price I expected it to last longer.

I bought this twice – the first time to replace my original charger (which was making an annoying noise), the second so that I can carry my laptop around without disassembling my office setup. Happy with both purchases.
