A very sturdy punching bag. Strong quality and I would definitely recommend buying. It hooked up pretty easily to our ceiling.

Bought bag for our grandson to use as an outlet during ADHD and ODD episodes. It’s taken a beating and has still held up. Giving 4 stars only because of the hardware included to hang. We couldn’t use it and had to order something different to hang it in our basement

This is a total package and a great addition to my garage gym. This is mainly for my daughter, and she loved it. She already had a boxing gloves and was asking for a dummy to punch, and those which are sold at the local sports stores are very stiff and are out of my budget. Anyways, it came well packaged which also included the adjustable grip exercise tool, the jump rope for warm ups, wraps etc. I stuffed it with old clothes waiting to be donated. This way the bag is at a perfect stiffness for my child. I like the included gloves, they fit my large hands pretty well. I hung it from my garage, the chains were easy to hang. Overall material quality is great and I believe I saved a lot by ordering from Amazon.

So am trying to hang the bag but the bolt end is rounded so how are the installed? The Nut goes up to or on the bootom after you remove it from the concrete sleevs Not you standard lag bolt to hang and also no instructions to hang

I absolutely love this punching bag. It came with everything that you need to get it set up correctly and is very durable. You do need to fill the bad up yourself which can be a pain depending on what you use to fill it. I used sand to make it more dense and it worked great. It comes with gloves for you to use and wraps as well. The gloves are great. They fit my small hands well and was not too tight or top loose. If you have larger hands you will probably want to go and purchase your own gloves. Such a great a value for the money spent and great for anyone that is a beginner or even as a gift!

Great price, good quality, perfect at home punching bag. Easy to fill with sand, old clothes or whatever fits.
