ILIFE Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo, Self Emptying for 60 Days of Cleaning, 3000Pa Suction and Lidar Navigation, Smart Mapping, Wi-Fi/App/Alexa Control, for Pet Hair Carpet Hard Floor, T10s

This is my 3rd iLife and only because I like to upgrade after a few years. The suction is amazing and picks up all the dog hair from my lab/rottie mix and husky. It is quick to charge and the build quality is amazing. I recommend this vacuum to all my family and friends.

This guy is awesome!First off it is much cheaper than the bigger names but it has a lot of features they have as well. Ilife make pretty solid products they may not be as shiny with bells and whistles but if you are looking for performance they do well.I love the blue look, different than typical black and white so plus for me. Secondly this thing has real suction power but you can lower the suction via the app and make it room specific. The moping feature is the best I have seen yet in Ilife. Yes, it's simply a microfiber rag that drags on the backside of the vacuum, but the fact it can mop and vacuum at the same time is a win! The self emptying bin works well for me and the dist and minimal debris gets sucked out as advertised. I have not had it clog yet. The collection bag in the base is large and will hold a lot so you really aren't changing it all that often. The Lidar does map the floorplan well and in the app you can change rooms, name rooms, tell it how many times you want it to vacuum a space (on my hardwoods I do once and carpet twice) and if you ask it to vacuum twice it goes in both directions (vertice and horizontal) to help improve pickup. You can also select specific rooms you want it to vacuum/mop.Cons for me.... Simply the App. Ilife doesn't use "their" brand all for this robot but a third party. However it works seamlessly with the robot. It's not as polished of an app as say Roborock but it does the job and has all the features you could want, especially for $400 (there is often a coupon or discount of some sort.)This guy's does a solid job and looks good doing it. I use this mainly for vacuuming as I have a Shinebot I use for floors running and mopping, but the mopping feature DOES work. It is simply a microfiber pad that drags opposed to the bigger brands having spinning pads or vibrating pads that do a "scrubbing" action.I do suggest if you mop to use distilled water and their brand concentrate cleaner. I don't have any streaks and the floor dries very quickly.I really am happy with "my boy blue." Hope you like yours too!

I own several iLife cleaning bots. The T10s is very disappointingIt battery life is 90 minutes or less. Far shorter than the advertised amount of over two hoursDuring its initial mapping, the top of the unit became scratched and marred attempting to go under furniture and a bed.The application is buggy. It is a different app than the A11. How ridiculous is that?The T10 mapped the first floor of my home but can only vacuum about 1,000 sq ft. The software only allows 5 ‘no go’ zones. I need more. The A11 had more no-go zones. It get tangled in cords, scratched on the bottom of tables and beds because it is too think to go underneathIt does not clean until its battery is depleted and start again. It returns to its charger and does not restart until the next day. The auto-suction sensor does not work. It increased its suction when vacuuming an area carpet. An 8’X10’ area rug caused the battery to drain 25%. After the auto-suction function turned on, it stayed on draining the battery in 15 minutesIt’s roller brush is half rubber fins and half brushes. My dog has long hair which gets tangled in the brush. That means I have to clean it daily which defeats the self cleaning functions usefulness to me.In under 90 days, the T10s lost its mind. It no longer remembers my network, the map it made with no-go zones. I tried to reset it but the reset button did not work.I called iLife support which has been reduced to one person in America. They told me to send it back for an exchange. They could not explain how to reset the device so my network ID and password cannot be erased.The unit they sent to me as an exchange is lost in shipping.I was a loyal customer. I used to recommend iLife to friends and family.This is a nightmare. Never Again.
