Absolutely fantastic. We originally bought a different book from a shop which was faulty so I looked for another one on here but this popped up instead. I’m so glad - it is wonderful with the pop ups and moving parts and the information has been carefully chosen to interest people of all ages but especially children. Wherever my son takes it, people love it. Great value - so glad I found it!

Thought a pop up book would be a good gift for a bright four year old. This book looked interesting and was on offer - too good to pass up. A beautiful book which surpassed expectations. The pop ups have information on the back which means an adult reading the book with a non reader can tell them about the pictures they are looking at. I am sure our little one will love it too.

A gorgeous pop-up book. I take this as a gift when visiting families with children overseas and have also sent it abroad as a gift for little ones. A lovely souvenir that brings London to life.

Purchased this for my 7 year old son who loves the book that appears in the film Paddington 2. It is absolutely fantastic! You could look at this over and over again and find something new and interesting to read or look at. The pages are excellent quality. You would need to be fairly heavy-handed to tear any of the pop-up parts. The moving parts are a wonderful touch that make this book not only visually-appealing and interesting, but also interactive. A brilliant book to enjoy with your child. Will be treasured for years to come!

Lots of well known buildings and facts about a variety of topics. Great fun lifting all the flaps and moving various bits. More to see when you turn the book round. Not just for children :)

Brought this for my 7 year old niece. She loves it so much to look at and the pop up buildings are brilliant. There are hidden gems everywhere in the book and the whole family loved this book.

This is an amazing book. We have been to London recently and the book has every sight we have been to and more. The pop ups are incredibly detailed and lovely made. This is a true "souvenir" and I got it for less than I would have to pay for in the shops we went to. Congratulations to the artist!!!

I have brought this for my granddaughters for Christmas in NZ so can't give their views. However I think it is a delightful book and one which will appeal to all ages, particularly if they have seen Paddington II. I am hoping th girls will love it.

This is a beautiful book that will spark the imagination of any child or adult. Our son loves the stunning pop up images (especially the tower bridge) and we love all of the fun historical facts. This book is a great value and makes a beautiful gift. We are buying extra copies to give away:) we couldn’t be more pleased.

While browsing through a bookstore (some still do exist), I ran across this wonderful book. When I teach "Romeo and Juliet", I bring in DK travel guides and other visually rich books to give my students a sense of the time and place when Shakespeare wrote. I saw "Pop-Up London" as a great resource for kids to get more interested in conveying this background information. Upon receiving "Pop-Up London" the other day, I was even more surprised at how well done this book actually is, not only on an artistic level (the pop-ups are visually stunning), but on an intellectual level as well. If one looks on the back of the pop-ups, there are inside views, descriptions of the buildings, interesting factoids. Other trivia and flaps also abound among the pages, so the Reader does feel like a tourist exploring, roaming, discovering this great city. Can't wait to share this book with my class! I know it will be a hit, and generate further inquiry for them.

Un livre d'assez grand format, avec des pop-ups pas trop complexes, bien conçus et bien réalisés. Il utilise judicieusement l'arrière des pop-ups pour présenter des informations complémentaires, ce qui ajoute un attrait certain. Le pop-up de Tower Bridge est particulièrement réussi, et vous pouvez vous amuser à faire passer un petit voilier en papier par-dessous.

Pedido recibido pronto y en perfecto estado. Buenísima calidad y contenido muy completo. Vienen curiosidades, cuenta leyendas, info de los edificios, info de los reyes y preguntas que encontrarás las respuesta en la misma página. Lo encuentro muy motivador e interesante para niños, tiene un nivel fácil de entender. En la realidad es mucho más impresionante que en las fotos de aquí. Lo que más me ha sorprendido es que los edificios se pueden ver por delante pero si los giras se ven por detrás viéndose así el interior de ellos.
