When jar lids are tight, my arthritic hands can't open them....old school, church key...slip that little point under a lid , just give a lift outward , POP, it breaks the seal. These old fashioned church keys are super sturdy, YES, we had to open beer cans/sodas AND regular cans sometimes if we didn't have a can opener near by.....they open cans, not fun, have to work your way around the lid til you hit halfway and bend it open (carefull)...............anyway, these are magnetic / colorful / great price.....hang proudly on my fridge

I read a few reviews that said the tab underneath was not long enough to catch on some things and that’s true to a certain degree. For removing bottle caps you have to really make sure that it’s pushed up underneath the edge or it may slip off and not remove the cap. My only issue is the pointed end, which was the reason I bought them so I could open cans of juice. The old fashioned bottle openers/can openers of this type used to be able to push the opening all the way flush to the edge of the can. These unfortunately come up short which causes dripping and not a smooth pour. But all in all, they do the job and for the price I can't really argue.

After 100 years of opening capped bottles, how in the world could you produce something so unusable?The angle of the opener could not reach under the crimp on the cap and would totally disengage upon lifting up the opener.I might keep the magnet, however.

Nice, sturdy can punch/bottle openers with strong magnetic backs. Keeps them from getting lost in kitchen drawers.

All our old bottle openers ran away or broke. This 3 pack was the perfect solution. One stays on the back deck for cookouts and the other two are sitting in the coolers, ready for action. Heavy gauge steel and plastic pieces offer a sturdy handle. These should last forever. Should've bought more as stocking stuffers or for cookouts.
