At first it worked great but after 10 days it started having issue, Now after 6 months of usage it's not cleaning/sucking the dust at all. It's my worst purchase ever. Terrible experience.

Robot is working great so far, very good suction power and navigation is working perfectly. It is durable and easy to use, it controlled with app and also works with Alexa. Recommended this budget friendly robot

Its been an year since I purchased this robot and its my first time with robotic cleaner. Its an amazing machine, the cleaning is super efficient. Love the vacuum function, cleans every nook and corner and the mopping is amazing and keeps my floor super cleaning. It saves me a lot of time cleaning and I come home to clean floor every time. It took some days to get hang of its mapping system. I do recommend this vacuum except for a few minor issues: 1) The spares like mopping cloth and filter and other accessories(which need to be replaced quite often) are very expensive and need to be ordered from China with the duty charges (for that sake I wish I would have chosen the 850T model for which the accessories are easily available o amazon and comparatively cheaper) 2) The customer care is not very efficient in troubleshooting problems with the machine. Some problems I had to figure out by myself the solution. 3) The mopping function isn't smart when it comes to areas with carpets. It keeps trying to get on the carpet and thus wetting the edges of the carpet. I wish it was able to avoid the carpeted areas while mopping. Apart from these issues especially the hassle of finding spares, I love this machine and its a life saver in many ways. It pick dust and hair like magic. I wish the seller should sell the spares online in amazon so we don't have to wait for weeks and pay huge shipping charges every time.

It has great options like skipping rugs when mopping floors. I loved it so much I'm thinking of buying another one for my home here The vacuum really amazing you must get it

It really takes off the burden of cleaning from your shoulders. Really great and easy to use. A bit glichy software. But rest all preety good. Happy with the purchase.

The feature is attractive but you don't fill is a good robot for battery very week and keep bumping around .

Proscenic has the fastest and most efficient customer service. If you face any trouble, they'll respond right away on the App and find you a solution! Great robot, has been so helpful in the daily chores. However I noticed: 1- The battery won't last for more than 60 minutes 2- Cleaning rugs will have the battery die even faster I haven't used the mop yet.

مكنسة جيدة لكن تمسيحها ليس ممتاز ما تمسح الارض جيدا. تحتاج ترجع للمكان وتمسحه مرة ثانية. تترك خلفها خطوط بعد التمسيح. حقيقة لن تجد الارض بعدها تلمع كما تتمناها أن تكون. الكنس اعطيها ٨ من عشرة والمسح ٥ من عشرة.

Battery keeps only a third of time so robot cannot coplete task The fault, main one is that robot can never reach charging station...just enter on a loop half meter from charger. Service team does not care of my complain. J sent them svreen captures, videos, invoice...just they keep repeating same email responses..disappointed,,,totaly disapointed of this brand.
