Infested With Bed Bugs — Caused Severe Allergic Reaction I am extremely disappointed and honestly traumatized by this purchase. The mattress I received was infested with bed bugs from day one. Within a day of sleeping on it, I developed painful hives, itching, and swelling, and at first I couldn’t understand why — until I noticed tiny bugs crawling on the mattress few days later. Not only did this mattress affect my health, but everything I placed on it also got infested, including my bedsheets, pillows, and clothing. I’ve had to throw out multiple items and spend extra money on treatments and cleaning. The mattress still contains bugs and completely useless. This is completely unacceptable. A product meant for comfort and safety should NEVER arrive in this condition. I am requesting a full refund and strongly urging other buyers to avoid this mattress for their own health and peace of mind. Do not buy this. It's not worth the risk.
