Q: Can I use this on my face?

Can’t imagine why not but they sell a different product I wouldn’t think they could guarantee results for an area it’s not advertised for but it’s very soft and gentle on the skin

Q: Is this instead of moisturizer? If not, is this best applied under or over moisturizer?

I also need to know when to put on my my moisturizer, before or aftet
