This thing is huge. You can easily do a double or triple batch of jam. Although it also works well for a single batch. It's easy to clean. However, the base is not flat. Our stove has reversible burner covers that handle woks and this worked perfectly for this pan. If you are worried about the flat bottom, you'll need to pay more for the French pans. This photo shows a single batch of jam.

It came damaged have not been able to use it

Hace tiempo que quería comprar un cazo para hacer mermelada de higo. Por fin me decidí y lo adquirí. Excedió mis expectativas en todos los aspectos. Tamaño, apariencia, uso, limpieza, etcétera. Con una sola tanda me salieron 13 frascos de 16 oz de mermelada. Antes tenía que hacer tres tandas. Debido al tamaño, cuando hierve la mermelada y saltan trocitos caen dentro del cazo y no te queman. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Magnificent pan…I love the quality and the beauty of these posts. Nothing like cooking with copper. Cleans easily and is just perfect.
