I used these for a variety of purposes. One was to make lemon cream fruit tarts. They worked out very well. The texture of the tart also stayed good after 24 as well as 48 hours in the refrigerator. I also used these for an assortment of small baked savory tarts. They worked wonderfully. I would definitely buy these again and I would definitely recommend them. They are not super thick, which I feel is a huge benefit, so that the crust isn't overwhelming what you put in it. They are quite shallow though, so one would want to keep that in mind. The savory tarts I made I was able to stack the topping upwards, and when it baked, it puffed up. If you were using something more liquid like a quiche mix, you might want to get something larger or deeper than these. Excellent little tart shells though. I definitely will use them again.
