I can’t give this a fair review because I took it without really hitting the Candida fight hard enough in other ways. You have to avoid sugars too and I wasn’t doing that, so this had no chance of solving anything all by itself. It’s definitely a support product, but you have to do the rest all on your own.I will say that I believe it still helped anyway. Not long after I started taking it daily, every night before bed, I began to start having normal bm’s that are the ideal s-curve and a normal color. I haven’t seen that in YEARS. I am on GLp-1 right now too though, so that’s an additional factor. Not sure how any of it works together but I am enjoying the current circumstances. I would definitely try this again.
