This item was a hit at my daughter’s birthday! It is good quality and was durable for toddler use.

Incredibly disappointed with this purchase. It just looks cheap and quickly thrown together. All of our X's and O's are chipped, poorly polyurethaned (they just let the poly run and there are drips all over), and some even have what appears to be marker on them. We really wanted these to look nice as it's for our upcoming wedding but my fiancé is embarrassed to even use the letters. The game board it nice and so is the carrying bag but the X's and O's just throw the whole thing off. I've tried to contact the seller to see if we could switch the letters over 4 days ago and have yet to hear back, it's unfortunate that we have to go spend another $40 at Michaels to buy cheap pressboard letters that will at least look better than the ones that came with this set. Edit to add: the seller ending up sending us new letters and they came looking perfect.
