Not off any use for professional building damp surveys may of use to the DIY person
I have been carrying out damp surveys for more than 25Years. The concept is good but the meter ergonomics a disaster as to analyse the defect you need multiple readings on various surfaces with not straightforward way of changing between scan mode and pin mode (measure). The scan mode sensor is flush with the back as is the IR camera (which has no protection) good in the office but not on site. I the infrared part is extremely poor, and the image quality/processing is not sufficient for diagnosis of a defect.
