An easy daily supplement. They gummies are very sticky so I found the best way to handle that was to bang the bottle on the counter a few times and they became much easier to get out.

I thought it was the classic Psyllium from Metamucil but in a gummy version, instead it is corn fiber. On me it doesn't work at all, I had to rebuy the version that dissolves in water!

Items arrived on time and were what I had ordered.

This product works very well for me. I can take fiber in the form of gummies, rather than trying to choke down the powder which feels like I'm being punished. The only thing is that the gummies tend to stick together. It's a minor thing, not enough to knock a star off though.

This product works very well for me. It's an easy way to add fiber to the diet. I've been wiping clean after using it. The flavor is good, not delicious as candy but it is very yummy. I like that it is sweetened with xylitol which is good for your teeth. The texture is chewy but not like gummy bears, more like a soft chew. I feel like my stools are more healthy thanks to the 5 grams of fiber, with only taking one serving per day. The size is good for the price.

Palatable, slightly bitter. Will try capsules next.

Instead of 120 individual gummies I got a single fused lump. I had to cut the container open to get it out, only to realise it's not possible to pick off individual gummies anyway. Regrettably, I'd bought 2 of these. And the second one is no better than the first. I see that others have had the same problem, so at least I can be reassured it's not a problem with delivery. This product has been faultless when I purchased it elsewhere.
