Love love love this stuff, I wish it was cheaper, but I love this!!! Works great for anxiety, and nerve pain. I take it at night and wake up feeling great, and if I have a bad anxiety day (I have a serious anxiety disorder and PTSD) I'll take 1 while I'm at work and feel great!

I find most vitamins and minerals to be large and difficult to swallow. This product, while still large, is a capsule that goes down easily without gagging or choking.
