The hose is very short which means the machine has to be kept close to the dog which makes the sound quite loud. Or make the machine minimally quiet enough not to spook the dog / animal. Decent air flow. Could be better. But it lacks safety features especially since the machine is so close to both me and the dog. A fuse would definitely help incase some problem occurs. Also since the machine is so close the filter gets clogged with hair frequently. So in one use I have to switch off the machine atleast three times so that it doesn't over-heat with the hair blocking the filter which is quite troublesome.

I’m not happy with the Q-Pet dryer. It gets too hot quickly, making the outside and hose hard to handle. The dryer is also very noisy, which makes my dog anxious. The motor doesn’t seem as powerful as advertised, and there’s no safety fuse, which worries me. Overall, it’s not as safe or reliable as I expected.

Just go for it it works like a charm...
