Can this be used to clean out domestic properties, to sanitize vermin waste?

This product I used to clean my patio area which was almost black with algae. I diluted it, sprayed it on, then scrubbed it in with a stiff yard broom. After leaving it a while I then rinsed it down. After drying out my patio was like new. This is the stuff that is used as a disinfectant in swimming pools. It gives off a strong smell of chlorine. Beware that it will bleach out your clothes if you splash it around. I would imagine if used inside you would have to ventilate well.

Is it necessary to rinse after use and if so how long after use

Always best to rinse after application, especially if you have young children or pets. I use the solution (undiluted) on my patio, leave it for 15 minutes to loosen any dirt, then scrub with a stiff brush, leave for a further 45 mins to 1 hour then rinse off. The results are normally quite staggering.
