This product is designed to help those with foot problems such as over-pronation and more.
My ankles had begun to over-pronate and caused swelling, pain, redness and tenderness on the inside of my ankle and my knees to rub together when I walked. Only these Orthotic Insoles helped my problem with pronation. I can walk comfortably even in softer shoes than I had expected to be able to with these insoles. They are firm enough to hold your foot in place and keep it from turning. I recommend these insoles and will order more today.

So far, so good. Seem to be helping my planters fascitis along with PT...bought orthotics from Dr. and needed more for other shoes. These work well in my Brooks Cloud 10.I may order more after trying these a little longer. Fast service. Thanks.
