How do I know what stem length I need?

Our hydrants follow industry-standard sizing. To properly size your hydrant, you'll need to know the type of siding and the depth of your framing. Depending on spigot location and exterior siding, you may want to choose a longer stem length.

Can I install Aquor myself? Is it difficult?

Installing the Aquor House Hydrant is similar to replacing a standard spigot. It’s easy and takes about an hour. You just need access to your plumbing and basic tools. The hydrant can be installed on any type of siding.

What's the difference between the V1+ and V2+ hydrant?

Can I leave my hydrant connected year round?

It's best to unplug your connector from the hydrant after use—especially during the colder months—to ensure proper drainage and winterization. You can leave your connector attached to your hose; just be sure to depressurize the hose before storing.
