Works excellent. My face feels so smooth. And only five minutes. I used to buy this one kind a lot from Amazon but the last time I bought it, it was like putting jelly on your face. And smelled band. Feels so nice and soft when you take it off. The mask brought out impurities and makes my skin feel so smooth! Doesn't smell, and feels like you'd expect without the grit of river mud. Easy to use and dries quickly.

After a lot of research for pure Dead Sea mud (without a bunch of additives) I found this. I did a test spot on the back of my hand first with no adverse reaction. Since then I've used it whole body & face twice. It tingles ever so slightly on a few spots (avoiding all the areas it recommends avoiding) and smells a little like mud (to be expected). That said the smell is not unbearable and the mud dries very quickly. Rinsing off after 5 minutes leaves my skin feeling so luxuriously soft and there is no residual smell at all which makes this totally worth it. I will be repurchasing when mine is used up! I keep my tub pretty clean (Magic Eraser!) to begin with and no mud stuck to it after a quick rinse with the shower head so no trouble there.

I have sturdy olive middle eastern skin and I have been to the Dead Sea and slathered the mud on my skin. I have used many kinds of mud type masks for clearing pores and exfoliating for 45 years. My experience with this is its drying, It has a very dirty mud like texture, literally like you went outside and scooped mud out of the ground and spread on your face. It's not like a spa treatment mud. Takes a long time to dry, Makes a big mess to clean off, I'm not even sure it's good to was down your sink drain.

I used this mud in the past and when the bottle was finished I couldn’t find any similar product. I was so excited when I found this on Amazon. It’s important to use it at least once a week, twice is even better.

Mud masks are both oil controlling and exfoliating so don’t use it too often if your skin is dehydrated! My skin is soft after I use it but I could see it drying my skin if I used it too often. I have combo-dehydrated skin but this would be great for oily skin! I’ll still use it monthly, but too often would be too drying for me. It’s a nice mask for oil control and exfoliation though!
