What’s the difference between the af3 a and the af3 b?

Af3 a has metal mounts and af3 b is the cheaper version with plastic mounts. Generally speaking both are identical otherwise but the metal mounts are probably more durable

Will these work with the full frame Sony A7R mk3?

They work with the A7rII OK so I don't see why not. If you've never used extension tubes before they take some getting used to, the focus range gets weird and a little unpredictable and I usually end up in manual focus mode, also don't expect the results you'll get from a dedicated macro lens... But saying that they are a useful addition to the bag, and I've got some nice shots with my 55mm SE f1.8.

I am using af3a on sony A7rii. I don't get manual or auto focus with sony 24mm and tamron 28-75mm. Are there any lenses which work with this?

I use the standard Sony lens that comes with the A7... its very sharp. Recommend a tripod
