Este producto es una maravilla lo he usado por más de 3 meses y tomo dos medidas tres veces al día y eleva mis electrolitos, mi energía, ya no me da migraña y no me siento débil, lo seguiré tomando y lo recomiendo, cuando tomas mucha agua de 5 litros diarios y haces ayuno intermitente necesitas potasio y magnesio citrato obligado verás los mejores resultados en tu vida. Tómalo de por vida no hace daño es algo que el cuerpo lo necesita. No tienen muy bien sabor pero eso pasa rápido con agua, yo lo diluyo en medio vaso de agua.

I was tracking all the food and supplements I consume, and still only came in at maybe 3000mg potassium a day. 4,700mg+ is recommended so I bought this to add to my electrolytes. I use a half teaspoon shooting for close to 1,000mg of potassium. Trying to do this twice a day but usually I just take it once. It has that "potassium taste" that isn't my favorite, but adding some ascorbate acid (vitamin c) hides the taste. This is a convenient way to get my potassium levels up, so hopefully when I test my levels again in a few months, my potassium levels will be higher.

I recently started using Potassium Citrate Powder, and so far I'm loving it! It's a vegan, vegetarian, non-GMO, and gluten free supplement, which is great because I'm trying to avoid fillers and artificial ingredients. The powder is easy to dissolve in water and has a mild taste with no unpleasant aftertaste. Because I put it in my water, I'm drinking more and I can definitely feel a difference in my energy levels and overall well being. I'm really happy with this Potassium Citrate Powder as it has met all of my expectations!

So far, I'm very pleased with this brand. I needed to replace a different brand that no longer offers a high level of Potassium. Many potassium supplements contain very little potassium, but Piping Rock Potassium Citrate contains a sufficient amount. When I tried it, I got that familiar Potassium feeling, which made me happy. As far as I can tell, it's a good product at a good price. I wish they also offered Ketone Salts Mixed with potassium, but the high potassium levels are the main reason I bought this item. As long as they maintain the quality of this product, I'll be a customer.

Something is wrong with this product. This is one solid block! The scoop is stuck inside it. This must have gotten wet at some point or the seal isn’t good enough. Either way, I wouldn’t trust using it.
