Tastes really good and does its job!

No added sugar - less than 3g in one flavor and less than 2 in the second flavor. They both taste naturally sweet. I am on a restricted sugar diet (digestive disorder) and this tea calms my gut and serves as a "dessert".

Love the pomegranate the other flavor is okay but not my favorite. Don't know if it is helping medically or physically, but the pomegranate really is tasty either hot or cold.

This tea is very smooth and flavorful. I prefer it hot but it’s also good as a cold brew. Has a sweet flavor but not overpowering. Much better than other kombucha teas I’ve tried.
