Was worried about receiving a defective or low quality product based on the mixed reviews I read but I happen to be in love with these slippers, they are cute and comfy. Tight at first but after a few wears the straps do loosen a bit. There was instructions in it that if the slipper's fur comes in flatten then you can blow dry the fur to make it fluffier. Luckily, I didn't have to do that because it came in great condition and was softer than I expected. I recommend it and hopefully they are more consistent in product quality that way everyone receives the same thing and enjoys it!
