Ships from China- impossible to install
Warning! Product is shipped from China- you need to be home for delivery to pay another fee for customs. I’ve had this printer for 3 months & i can’t figure out how to install

Tech support awesome
I have been working with tech support with DSV printer person . They are awesome . So easy to understand . I feel like I have made a friend . Cause they were right on top of all of my questions . Do not hesitate to to buy this machine . The tech support with dsv is the best . I think her name is daisy . I have been selling t shirts for about 4 years now . And since I bought this machine 3 months ago my sales have tripled . Thanks dsv

Research Before Buying
For first time buisness owners, I would not recommend. The machine was irritating to use, the instructions were very good but not as informative as they needed to be, and overall the software was extremely sketchy and would open computers up for risks of viruses. I wouldnt recommend and would suggest a more American known brand with customer service that actually exists as I had 0 help with any issue I had.
