So much pain! I was excited to try this product, especially since it said it was gentle on the stomach, but after just one use it created sooo much bloating and intense stomach cramps that I was in sooo much pain almost the entire day. So, it was a waste of money since there are no returns, and I don't want to give it to someone else in case they experienced the same pain I did. It'll be straight in the trash with these. Def disappointed.
