I had terrible heel pain and nothing seemed to help except daily dosing with acetaminophen which I try to avoid at all costs. It's terrible for your liver and only masks the pain. I've been putting a scoop of collagen in my morning coffee for about 70 days and almost immediately I noticed my heel pain lessen and eventually it's almost gone completely. I was actually shocked. It goes to show that our diets are really to blame for almost all of our ailments. Of course I've changed my diet drastically as well and it has made an immense impact but the collagen has been a major factor too. If you have aches and pains from age or from an injury I'd suggest this product. I add it to my morning coffee and honestly I do not taste it at all, however it will change the color and consistency depending on how much you add. I've never added it to food or other liquids so i cannot comment on that. Enjoy!

I got this because all the reviews said that it doesn't have a flavor. Well perhaps that's because they all put it in coffee which has its own strong flavor. Adding this to juice taints the flavor but it's not undrinkable. It gets more noticeable over time (at least for me) my whole family tastes it but it's not terrible. Put it in something strong.

I have been taking collagen for several years now. My thinning hair on top of my head is slowing down. I had tremendous benefits to my skin (I have extremely dry skin). This is so easy to use. Put a scoop in a hot beverage, stir and drink. It has no flavor. Recently I had a bought with pancreatitis and was put on a clear liquid diet for a few days. When I went to check for ingredients, I realized this product has 10 grams of protein per scoop. It has no fat and no spices, so it is perfect for my liquid diet and it helped me gain protein intake. Note: I do not take it for pain relief. I never heard of that before. Not sure how it ended up on this review.

I have been ordering this product since April of this year.It does improve my skin hair and nails. It has no noticable taste .I usually add mine to my water ,sometimes coffee. I am only giving this a 3 because my last order came with the seal broken. Half the seal was lifted. Was quite annoyed because no I have to go a whole week with none.
