I.definitely believe in this seller’s germination rate. I see seven sprouts and counting already. Different purchase in May had zero sprouts in four months. Very pleased indeed with this buy.UPDATE 9/30/23 : I have fourteen sprouts since 9/17/23 which is 60% germination.

I don’t think a single one of these things didn’t grow. I actually intentionally killed some of them because I got tired of caring for them and running out of room for where I was GOING TO PUT A TREE!!!!

14 of 20 Mexican fan palm seeds germinated. Down to 10 after the most recent transfer to larger pots.

The seeds came as expected. Following the instructions provided, with a little soaking and a lot of patience, I have 14 trees which meets the expected level of germination. Considering one tree at Lowe's is $250, I am very pleased with the outcome of this purchase.
