They are kind of large for a steak knife - but they cut well.

PERFECT KNIVES

I think the serrations are too coarse and far apart. I have arthritis in my hands and wrists so that is part of the problem, but I was using them for a very tender steak and couldn’t cut a piece off until it was seriously nawed off. I used a knife with a sharp blade and it worked well, I needed to use very slight pressure, the same with one that was finely serrated. They might work well for someone else.

Nice knives that don’t rust

I do like the knives, they are not bulky to use, light weight . The only thing I wished that they had a wooden block to store the knives in. But I got them in my drawer where they are not in the way. Using the knives are like cutting thru butter with them.
