I'm really stoked about this set. I read that the comparable set made by Chemical Guys didn't hold up as well, and came apart after one use. I used all 4 pads while doing some paint correction and swirl mark removal on a 7 year old black truck. If you're new to this kind of stuff, like I am, you may also want a good "swirl-finder" light. I recommend the Rupes LL150. The swirl marks were visible to the naked eye when the truck was clean and sitting in the sun. This set along with Adam's Correcting/Heavy Correcting/ and Finishing compounds helped me get out all them. However, this task also revealed thousands of micro scratches - probably from previous owners that took the truck to drive-thru car washes (uggh). Luckily those micro scratches are only visible under the Rupes light. The whole wash/clay/polish/wax job took me about 10hrs and I'm very happy with the results. The pads held up great too. I let them sit for about a week - before cleaning them, just because I didn't have a brush. Save you money on a pad cleaning brush. I looked at $14 versions on here but ended up spending about $3 on a similar brush from a big box hardware store. The cheap brush, a bucket of warm water, and some Chemical Guys spray pad cleaner had each pad looking almost new.

These pads are great, solid construction and they last. Good performance as well with cutting / polishing

Today was first day trying Adams pads 1st off great price for 4 amazing pads 2nd the density and quality of pads are 10/10 and the cutting pad is amazing removed defects like a hot knife thru butter I strongly recommend this product to anyone from beginner to pro definitely switching to adams pads from now on for my detailing business

I use it on my Adams 3 in swirl killer buffer works good on small panels exactly what I needed.
