Does exactly what it claims to do, it works amazing and was worth the money cause my tailgate doesn't just SLAM DOWN anymore... very good, very helpful for any tailgate not just Chevrolets, anything with a tailgate that you dont like Smashing down and being annoying... this fixes that problem

10 months and still working good, the only unexpected thing is that this type is not suitable for Chevy Avalanche 2005, i had to do some modification to make it work. I posted 5 stars 🌟 even the seller did not mention my truck model, it was my decision to order this type. Excellent quality deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lasted only 9 months..and broke. Worked perfectly before that.... I contacted the seller and they are replacing it and sending me a new one. So they do stand behind their product.👍
