This is the new and improved creatine, the powder more fined. When mixed with water it doesn’t taste like anything. I use this before I workout and after workouts. On days I don’t workout I take one scoop to be consistent. Doesn’t upset my stomach. Make sure to stay hydrated when taking creatine, drink water throughout the day! The creatine and protein are my top products I like to buy!

I like the effectiveness of the product. It dissolves well into coffee and water. The texture is not gritty and there is no smell. However, the bootie packaging is annoying as it is difficult to scoop out and also not a design that I like to have out on my counter as a middle-aged woman. I took off one star for the packaging.

I’ve tried a variety of creatine powders and this is honestly the best. There is no noticeable grit like other powders. No flavor. This is so soluble, you can dry scoop this with no issues. The quality is great.I don’t have an upset stomach with this like I have with gummies. I prefer powder over gummies for that reason!

The product is great but the new packaging is terrible it does not close properly and makes such a huge mess. Lost a lot of product because it won’t close.
