*WARNING: POSSIBLE REACTION!! I’m giving 5 stars only because my reaction had nothing to do with quality of product so that’s on me. I wanted to leave this review as a warning to others who may potentially have the same scary reaction I did. Within seconds of taking this supplement straight from pouch, my throat began to feel funny, tight, tingly & I had shortness of breath. Quickly followed by heat waves throughout my body, some dizziness, fast heartbeat…I truly thought my throat was about to swell itself shut. Tried not to panic & immediately took some Benadryl to help. Took about 30 mins before symptoms started slowly easing up. Thank God I didn’t have an extreme allergic reaction. It’s possible I’m either slightly allergic to something in this or a lot more sensitive to vitamins than I thought. Very scary experience for me & I’m so lucky my symptoms weren’t worse. All reviews seem great so as I said, product may be great but personally didn’t work for me what so ever.

I’m usually pretty good about taking vitamins and supplements, but I have to be honest: this is the worst-tasting supplement and nauseating supplement I've ever tried. I almost vomited. I tried it a few times, but each time, I ended up feeling incredibly nauseous within 2 minutes of taking it. I’m not usually picky about supplements, but this one is unbearable for me so If you're sensitive to taste or prone to nausea, I’d recommend looking for another Vitamin C option.

**update** incredible customer service. Messaged me looking to offer support and a replacement product. I bought the spray in the past and it tasted okay so I thought I’d take a chance on this. It’s nearly impossible to get down because of the awful taste. I am someone who takes ginger shots daily and enjoy that so it’s not that I can’t tolerate strong flavours.

I swear by this stuff! I've been buying it at a local health food place but Amazon's price is better so I bought it here. I take it once daily and when the flu hit our home at Christmas I took one a day and while I started with a slight cough and stuffiness, that's as far as it got. Partnered this with the same company's throat spray multiple times a day, and a nasal wash.

this was an amazing product. We wished the price point was a bit better but we could tell a difference after a week of using it. More energy, felt healthier and overall wellness.
