I've used this for maybe 4 months now and it is the best probiotic I've ever used. The most notable difference is that I hardly have any gas ever anymore. My body loves this stuff. It may have an appetite suppressing quality, hard to say if this is what is causing that for me. But I do have little interest in food and not in the best way, but this presumably could be a factor in that.

The two best benefits I experienced were weight loss and decreased appetite. I lost 10 lbs the first two weeks, then just stayed there for the remainder of the bottle. Also, the first day I took it I made a huge salad for dinner. Normally I have no issues eating a salad that big but only got through half before I was full. This stayed through the whole time I took this. Also, if you try to eat more despite feeling full, there’s a feeling up reflux. That happened a few times we went out to dinner and the food was so good I wanted to eat it all. I’d suggest listening to your stomach on that. No increase in energy for me and I actually had a harder time falling asleep while I took it. Otherwise, it’s a great product. It works for the purpose I took it. It’s easy to swallow and has a pleasant taste too. I would recommend if your curious to try it.

Not sure about these probiotic yet. I have felt any difference in my appetite after 90 days of taking this. I had hoped it would reduce food cravings and thus help me lose weight but that hasn't happened yet. I take other probiotics as well so was not new to the concept. Will keep trying them and re-evaluate after 6 mos.
