Purchased these two colors to blend together for a Valentine’s Day theme baby shower & the balloon quality was by far the best I’ve used (and I’ve made quite a few arches). Elastic & I didn’t feel that they were super difficult to tie. Balloons lasted all day & didn’t deflate or pop. Will most definitely be purchasing again for future events!Plastic strip not included but I used rubber bands to keep together & it worked just fine!

Do not hesitate and just buy them... They came in different sizes and you could use them by them self or with other color. Great Appearance and value.
