I am in my 70s and for several years I have taken 2 Ibuprofen before bed time to relieve muscle ache to help with sleep. A month ago I quit taking Ibuprofen and starting taking 1 Relaxeril and 1 Moringa capsule at bed time. It works like magic. I go to sleep quicker and usually sleep about 5 hours before the benefit wears off. I would take more but in the past when I have done so it makes my dizziness worse. I suffer from recurring Vertigo and when I take Relaxeril sometimes it triggers my dizziness. Taking it before bed I rarely notice a problem and by the time I wake up the effects are gone. Really great product I have recommended it to some of my senior friends, but so far none have tried it. They prefer typical over the counter pain relievers or prescription drugs. I myself grew up in family of Homeopaths and as such take No Prescription Medications, and am always looking for Natural Alternatives I have always been very healthy and attribute it to staying away from doctors who are for the most part, now just salesman for Big Pharma.

I wish that I would have known about this product sooner! This has truly saved my life. I no longer rely on prescription medication for pain management! Definitely a must try and a new must have in my household!

I purchased this as a gift for someone that suffers from muscle tension pain in her neck, shoulders, and related areas. She said it did nothing to help or alleviate the pain. After veiwing the ingredients I noticed that there was absolutely nothing special about the contents of this product and that all of the ingredients included in this product is available at much cheaper prices. Unless this product has some sort of special proprietary blend that works synergistically, but I highly doubt that to be the case and I believe this is just another overpriced and useless product to add to the long list of other overpriced and useless products that claim to have some sort of miracle healing effect. I did not use it myself so i cant say how it works, but she gave me her honest response and feedback for this product. She said a basic over the counter pain reliever works better than this product, but i wouldnt recommend those products either as they are terrible for your liver, kidneys, etc...and they are just not good for your overall health, especially if used on a regular basis!!! I hope this review helps. This product may work for others possibly depending on what type of pain or injury they may have. I guess you wont know for sure until you try it like she did. But either way...$25 for a product like this in not worth it, unless its working extremely well for you. But be careful because this product contain Valerian which is PROVEN to have many negative effects on human health and you can research that yourself for the proof. Just because something is "Natural" doesnt mean it doesnt have dangers and negative effects on the human body and human health. Also, be very weary of the "Natural" claim that is made with supplements because that term is uses VERY loosely in the industry of supplements of ALL kinds! Thank you for reading and God Bless.

POOR PAIN RELIEF, EXCELLENT SLEEP AID. I suddenly had a sciatica/piraformis event. Incredible pain in my hip, radiating down my left leg. Stretching routines were only fighting the pain to a draw, the pain would always return if I was doing anything but laying. Relaxeril Best All-Natural Muscle Relaxer did nothing for my pain, it's not a prescription drug. I eventually needed prescription steroids and cyclobenzaprine to recover. Relaxeril DOES work as an effective sleep aid. Two to four of these, one hour before sleep will relax you for about 10 hours.

I am sensitive to things ingested so I tried 2, not 5 as the instructions suggest. Since then 1 works well for ease of going to sleep. I don’t really have pain so I can’t comment on that. I experience no morning hangover.

I love this product. It’s a life changer. I suffer from muscle spasms and I was taking some kind of drug the Dr prescribed that it was giving me a lot of secondary effects. I stopped and found this wonderful option. I highly recommend it.

I wish I had paid more attention to the dosing requirements of this supplement! I purchased this as an aid to recovery from a lower back injury, so I planned on taking the product for several months. The instructions call for 10 CAPSULES to be taken at one time!! If you are anything like me, you already have too many medicines and supplements to take each day. Since I had already bought it I decided to try it. After one week, I saw no appreciable difference in my symptoms. Don't waste your money!
